Japan has been on the top list of the most developed countries for years. Being living on an island country, I hear a lot of Japanese are taught to be aggressive and self-dependent. In my mind, the Japanese nation is a group of ambitious and warlike people. This can be seen from their culture.
In a normal sense, a person living a poky space quite probably develops a narrow-minded character. They often bear a grudge against their competitors. This is the truth what I witnessed in my university. Japanese students like to fish for scholarship with every possible means. Hard as they work, they fail sometimes in attaining their goals. Consequently, they will attack the winner of scholarship by hook and by crook. I hate them a lot, for I think they are just the splitting image of unscrupulous businessmen.
Another reflection of their culture is their media. Every year large quantities of pornographic video are shot and brought onto the Internet. I do not know how much profit they make from making such kinds of AV films, while many parents complain that the obscene movies can become potential triggers of many crimes, such as rape, robbery and theft.
Of course, there are some positive influences of this country. We all like to have some electronic product made in Japan. Autos of Japanese brands are also said to be of good quality. Besides these physical products, Japan is also one of the biggest centers of animation. Every year the World Cosplay Summit is held on a worldwide scale. Participants wearing cosplay wigs and cosplay costumes firstly join in the competition held in their native lands. Many teenage students show their fascination about this event. They even design their own sasuke cosplay or final fantasy cosplay. They form participating teams and present stage performances with their competitors. In the end, the winning teams will take part in the finals as representative team of their own country. The judges use two yardsticks against which to grade the championship: one is the finish of the costume design and the other stage performance of the whole team.
The World Cosplay Summit has been held since the year two thousand and five. Host countries include Italy, Brazil, France and etc.
